Alba San Martin leads the Latin America Partner Organization at Cisco, working with a broad partner ecosystem to accelerate customer value and growth. She joined Cisco in 2010 and previously served as General Manager for Cisco Peru and Bolivia. With over 27 years in the IT industry, she has held leadership roles at Tech Data, Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, and Oracle, and is part of Cisco’s Latin America SLT, Executive Sponsor of CSR, and an active leader in Diversity & Inclusion and Connected Women in Latin America. She has received multiple recognitions, including HITEC Top IT Hispanic Executive and CRN Women of the Channel. Alba holds an MBA from Universidad Pacífico and a master’s degree in Environmental Sustainability, along with executive certifications from Wharton and IESE. She serves on corporate boards and is a trustee of the Cisco Foundation
